I want to tell you why this exists before I tell you what it is. A few years ago I was carrying more than I could hold. A global career, award-winning work, brands and campaigns spanning continents, a seat at tables most people spend a lifetime reaching, and underneath all of it a body that had forgotten how to rest and a soul running on fumes. I did not have a strategy problem. Every planner, framework, and productivity system I reached for assumed the builder was fine and only the building needed help. I was not fine.
